really is, and makes the space feel smaller.
Instead, select tiny, dainty furnishings. Smaller items will create the illusion
that the room is actually bigger than it is. Using the relative size of the one
to the other is a trick of perspective that can serve to create a wealth of
virtual room.
Coziness
Most people decorating a small space focus on the negative aspects, the cramped
feeling, the lack of room, and the fact that they have to be very selective
about any decorative pieces that they can display. However you have to remember
that a small bedroom does have at least one thing going for it, its cozy.
The tiny walls of the room aren’t necessarily collapsing in on you; they could
be opening their arms to embrace you. The close atmosphere might just be the
feeling of the room snuggling you in, and keeping you warm and safe.
By focusing on the negative aspects, people lose the ability to be proactive
about the space. However if you keep the coziness factor in mind, you can
actually use the features of the room to your advantage, making it a warm and
inviting haven, or even a romantic cuddle cove, far away from the worries of the
world.
